(*To make 12 cookies) Gather items below:

3 cups of baking flour
double cream
2 cups of water
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
vanilla essence
blue and silver pearls
baking utensils

Instructions

You are aware of the process. Clean your hands.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together in a bowl with a wooden spoon.

Whisk eggs. Add milk and water to eggs and carry on mixing. Add a few drops of vanilla essence to the mixture and mix further.

Pour mixture from previous step into dry ingredients. Deliver an energetic mix.

Shape dough into rounds with hands or piping bag and place onto greased baking tray.

Bake at 180°C until a toothpick appears clean after being placed into the cookie centre.

Allow cookies to cool.

Decorate with swirls of cream and blue and silver pearls. Refrigerate to ensure cream solidifies for approximately one hour.

Elegantly platter cookies.
