Mount Carmel Recipe

Finely browned dough embedded with dark chocolate chip cookies.

  1. 3 cups of flour
  2. 2 cups of water
  3. 2 large eggs
  4. 1/3 cup of fresh milk
  5. 1/3 cup of sugar

Add chocolate chips and continue to mix.

Shape dough into rounds with hands or piping bag and rest cookie rounds on greased baking tray.

Bake at 180°C until golden brown and a toothpick arrives clean after visiting cookie centre.
