3 cups of flour
2 cups of water
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of milk
1/3 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
Red food dye
One 400g sachet white chocolate chips

Process your hands through soap and running water.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix dry ingredients (excluding white chocolate chips) in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.

Whisk eggs to a smooth pulp. Add milk and water to eggs and proceed to mix.

Add mixture from step 4 to dry ingredients and encourage a decent mix.

Gradually add a few drops of red food dye until dough is dyed to a dark tone of red.

Add white chocolate chips to dough and mix until they are swallowed by dough.

Shape dough into rounds with hands or piping bag and lay onto baking tray coated with light oil film.

Bake at 180°C. After a short time has passed, test whether cookies are ready by gently assassinating one of the cookies by inserting a toothpick into the centre and it emerges clean.

Present with a serving of a glass of milk.
